Overview
Dickon was born in Cambridge and built in the North East of England. He trained at Liverpool University, National Youth Theatre and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. His work has seen him playing around the world, including Tokyo, Mexico City and Skipton Cattle Market. His first job was with The Peter Hall Company. He has worked in regional theatre, West End, The Royal Court, the RSC and extensively at Shakespeare’s Globe since 2007 as both a teacher and an actor. Recent TV includes: Going Forward (BBC 4), Law and Order and Coronation Street. He made his feature film debut in The Isle starring alongside Conleth Hill and Alex Hassell. Dickon is a member of the Education Faculty at Shakespeare’s Globe and he is Fellow at the RSA. He is yet to give his Dame in pantomime.
