Overview
Douglas McFerran worked at the National Theatre appearing in Hamlet, The Changeling, Bartholomew Fair, The Long Way Round, School for Scandal, After the Fall and Mountain Language. He worked closely with Harold Pinter in the West End in, The Homecoming, No Man’s Land, Twelve Angry Men and, The New World Order at the Royal Court. In 2009 he appeared in his own play Bring on the Dancing Poodles at the New Players Theatre. Television includes, Minder, The Bill, Touch of Frost, Birds of a Feather, She’s Out, Margaret, Peepshow, Waking the Dead, Hunted, Criminal Justice, Midnight Man. His film appearances include Sliding Doors, Johnny English, Anti-Trust, When Saturday Comes and Charlie. For the internet he wrote and appeared in the comedy show, Brilliant.
