Overview
Jamie was born and bred in Brighton and trained in London at The Central School of Speech & Drama. He has worked extensively in television, appearing in internationally renowned hits such as 'Luther' and '24: Live Another Day'. He also played major roles in BAFTA award winning drama 'Consenting Adults' and in 'Everything In This Country Must' which was nominated for an Academy Award in 2005. Other credits include 'Murphy's Law', 'The Inspector Lynley Mysteries', 'Ghostboat', ‘Eastenders’ and 'United' to name but a few. He has appeared in, and voiced, more than 10 adverts in the UK and abroad. Theatre credits include the title role in 'Macbeth' at Shoreditch Church & ‘World Factory’ at the Young Vic and on tour. He also originated the role of Christopher Marlowe in ‘The Marlowe Papers’ , a solo show based on the award winning novel of the same name - garnering five star reviews and earning him a Best Performance nomination at the Brighton Festival in 2016.
