Overview
Jennifer was born in Ireland and grew up in Wales. She went to school at her local comprehensive before studying History at Cambridge and then training in acting at RADA. She has performed with companies including Shakespeare’s Globe, Cheek by Jowl, Theatre Clwyd, Cardboard Citizens, and High Tide Theatre, appearing in leading roles across Europe and the USA. Jennifer has been a driving force within a number of independent projects, for example Insite Performance’s UK premiere of Ostrovsky’s ‘Larisa and the Merchants’ by Samuel Adamson in which she also played the title role. She was a formative Director at Yorkshire-based Flying Cloud Theatre where she co-wrote and directed their production of ´The Book´ which opened at York Theatre Royal before embarking on a northern tour. Since 2016 Jennifer has been creating unique theatrical experiences such as her solo storytelling show, ‘Songstring’ through her company, Seedbed Theatre
