Overview
Sara is an actor of Egyptian heritage who grew up in Hastings and Surrey. She graduated from The Oxford School of Drama in 2023. As well as an actor, she is a keen poet, writer, and theatre maker with a passion of taking from her own life experiences and of those from her culture whose voices aren't as amplified as she would like. She made her professional stage debut at the Bristol Old Vic, directed by Blanche McIntyre in Arabian Nights. She then played the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Summerhall) in Refugee!, and recently finished a run at the Arcola Theatre in Women Who Blow On Knots. Her debut feature film, Murder at the Embassy, will be released in 2025.
