Sophie grew up in Surrey but moved to London the second she could and has loved it ever since. After graduating from Italia Conti, she quickly began working for Birmingham Stage Company in a treat of a first job; Horrible Christmas at the Lowry. Since then, she continued to work with them in both in both UK tours and West End productions, most proudly part of the Olivier Award nominated cast of Gangsta Granny at the Garrick Theatre. Alongside acting Sophie works extensively as a theatre facilitator and workshop leader for theatres and community projects across London. She loves working with young people and is very passionate about giving them a voice and space to create and express themselves. Recently this led to an exciting opportunity working on a TV production for SKY KIDS, both as an acting coach and playing the role of imaginary friend, Misty. Sophie is eager to build her experience on screen as an actor, as well as continuing her love affair with plays and the theatre. She is currently sailing the seas in ‘Mission Control’ a new and exciting Immersive production with P&O cruises, a perfect opportunity to be creative and see the world at the same time!
